New Friends and a New Baby

My husband and I have been so blessed to get to know this couple in our Bible study at Church. They are already making for some wonderful parents and I was honored to have the opportunity to sneak into their lives for an afternoon to take pictures just a week after they had their first baby!
Side note for all you new or experienced mamas out there: Emily, the mother of this adorable baby has had a big part in starting a very active Facebook group called "Mums the Word" that acts as a resource and encouraging community for moms to interact and ask questions (There are several members who are professionals and offer advice in health care, child development,  education, etc...). I'm not a mom yet, but I've been impressed with all the knowledge and helpful tips I've seen on there!
