Sadie + Senior 2015

Sadie was such a joy to take out for a senior shoot this week! We had beautiful weather and the trees were the perfect fall colors :D
I had met Sadie a couple times before, but hadn't had the chance to get to know her. I loved finding out her plans for after high school and her passions in life.

 This girl is so smart and beautiful on the inside and out (cheesy, but true :)...

 She has such a heart for people and will do fabulous at whatever she puts her mind to. She's going to make a great nurse if that is where her passions continue to take her.

 

Thanks for letting me be apart of preparing for your graduation, Sadie! Good luck as you start an exciting part of life!

Chloe + Senior 2015

I had the pleasure of getting to know this beautiful sweet young lady over the weekend while shooting her senior pictures. Chloe was a natural in front of the camera and was a trooper when we decided to do some glitter pictures at the end of the session :).

90 years young

I had a blast with this family on Saturday! Everyone looked great and came with big smiles :)
However, these pictures were even more special because the young lady pictured below with her great grandchildren is turning 90!  Thanks for letting me capture these special moments with your family Emily!

New Friends and a New Baby

My husband and I have been so blessed to get to know this couple in our Bible study at Church. They are already making for some wonderful parents and I was honored to have the opportunity to sneak into their lives for an afternoon to take pictures just a week after they had their first baby!
Side note for all you new or experienced mamas out there: Emily, the mother of this adorable baby has had a big part in starting a very active Facebook group called "Mums the Word" that acts as a resource and encouraging community for moms to interact and ask questions (There are several members who are professionals and offer advice in health care, child development,  education, etc...). I'm not a mom yet, but I've been impressed with all the knowledge and helpful tips I've seen on there! This is a closed group, so feel free to message me if you would like an invite...AND as a little incentive, I'm currently offering 30% off for any children's session booked before July 1 (session may take place after July 1) to any new or current member of "Mums the Word", so go check it out and contact me to schedule your session!

Happy (early) Valentines Day!

I can't believe we're already into February! Valentines Day is just a week away, do you have special plans? My husband said he's going to cook up a special dinner for the two of us, can't wait to see what he comes up with! :D
